Account Executive (East Coast) - Transforming Healthcare Benefits with AI
Location: East Coast, USA (Remote)
Salary: $165,000 with Double OTE

Leveraging cutting-edge AI technology, you'll be integral in guiding brokers and businesses (with up to 2,000 employees) toward a smarter, more intuitive healthcare benefits experience.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with a targeted portfolio of brokers and regional firms, primarily in the East Coast region.
- Execute a high volume of sales, aiming to close two significant deals per month.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with precision, understanding the unique needs and challenges of brokers and small businesses.
- Meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets, fostering long-term client engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in healthcare benefits sales or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of the broker community dynamics, particularly local and regional markets.
- Ability to articulate and present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
