Salary: $165,000 with Double OTE
About the Role:
Join our mission to revolutionize healthcare management. As an Account Executive on the West Coast, you will spearhead efforts to integrate sophisticated AI solutions into the healthcare benefits sector, targeting brokers and enterprises under 2,000 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with brokers and small to medium-sized businesses across the West Coast.
- Drive the sales process from discovery through close, delivering two impactful deals each month.
- Understand and articulate complex sales solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Consistently achieve revenue goals, setting a standard for success within the company.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in sales within the healthcare or tech sectors, with a strong preference for backgrounds in benefits management.
- Skilled in high-volume sales environments and capable of managing lengthy sales cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various audiences.
- Driven and persistent, with a demonstrated history of sales success.
