Location: Remote, covering the Mid-Atlantic Region 

Salary: $185,000 Fixed / $450,000 OTE

We are seeking a Senior Sales Director for the Mid-Atlantic region who will spearhead our efforts to expand our reach within the payer market. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets within the designated region. 
  • Cultivate relationships with senior executives at health plans, presenting our platform as a critical solution for improving care quality and reducing costs. 
  • Lead negotiations and close deals ranging from $500K to $1M, leveraging your deep understanding of the payer landscape. 
  • Collaborate with internal leadership, including C-suite executives, to align efforts and secure major contracts. 

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Extensive experience in healthcare technology sales, with a strong background in dealing with US health plans. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and close large-scale deals, with a track record of achieving substantial sales quotas. 
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of initiating and expanding high-level conversations in new and existing markets. 
  • Strategic and intellectual curiosity, with a passion for navigating and succeeding in complex sales cycles.
