Location: East Coast, USA (Remote) 

Salary: $165,000 with Double OTE 

About the Role: Are you ready to be at the forefront of healthcare innovation? We're looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team, driving change across the healthcare benefits landscape. Leveraging cutting-edge AI technology, you'll be integral in guiding brokers and businesses (with up to 2,000 employees) toward a smarter, more intuitive healthcare benefits experience. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with a targeted portfolio of brokers and regional firms, primarily in the East Coast region. 
  • Execute a high volume of sales, aiming to close two significant deals per month. 
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with precision, understanding the unique needs and challenges of brokers and small businesses. 
  • Meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets, fostering long-term client engagement. 

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Proven experience in healthcare benefits sales or a closely related field. 
  • Strong understanding of the broker community dynamics, particularly local and regional markets. 
  • Ability to articulate and present complex solutions clearly and persuasively. 
  • Resilient and results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
